when i first had ryan i couldnt go anywhere without wearing nursing pads, but i am finding that the older he gets, the less i need to wear them. is this true for anyone else, or does this mean that my milk supply is decreasing? just wondering...

once i got my milk in and established, and the let down wasn't all that hard, i stopped wearing them. well except at night b/c i lay on my side and sometimes milk would come out from the way i was laying

I had to wear nursing pads everyday up until Navy was about 9 months maybe. Now i don't ever wear them. I hardly ever leak any more. Which is nice.

I did when i nursed the boys and I will this time, too but i will opt for the cloth reusable ones since they are friendlier to the environment.
But, after I've been nursing awhile I find they are not necessary and I've NEVER worn a nursing bra.

I had to wear nursing pads all the time up until Peyton was about four months old I think. I do know that once your milk supply is established you will not leak as much. But I noticed that if I was away from Peyton and she would normally feed at a certain time that I would be full and have to express in a sink if I couldn't get to her.

I had to wear them for the first month or 2 after I had Katie...and I didn't even nurse! I just freakin' leaked constantly lol.

I never wore them but I was always all milky...

I started wearing them, and then I switched to a baby face cloth folded into quarters... so much more handy!
And I wore those, up until about 12 months.
I leak once in awhile... but rarely.

By about 6 weeks I stopped needing them.. I never leak anymore and I still nurse (shes 5 mo)
