I go on the computer too. Seems like we all do. I have started going to the bathroom too to relax haha. I started noticing that SO will go to the bathroom for like 20 minutes. It kind of annoyed me but I thought I would try it and it helps. I just sit there with a crossword puzzle and chill out at a time when someone else is available to watch my kid. People rarely comment about it because they just think you're doing your business in there login to post comments

Going out and taking some pictures is always very calming for me, and the computer for short periods of time until I get bored. I also like to read a good book or lay out in the sun when its nice. And its dorky but I like to hang out with my cat sometimes lol. And I can't lie, having a drink at the end of the night always helps login to post comments

mmmmmm, yeah, baths are really pretty amazing. I read. I run. I cook. I eat. Playing at the park is always fun. Sometimes I put myself in "time out" and sit in my room for a minute. Mostly what's important for me in de-stressing is to spend some time doing something different than whatever has been taking up most of my time at that point. login to post comments

I get on the computer, or after the boys go to bed, I make myself up some chamomille tea with sugar and milk, run a bath, light some candles, and read a book in the bath. Sometimes if I'm really really stressed I'll put the boys in their room and go to mine across the house and just breath. I imagine what would be really fun. I daydream about what life would be like if something was totally differant! Like I lived in England, or was the queen or something completely random like that.
