While I've kind of aged out of the gmom demographic... I like to visit to check up on everyone and see what folks are talking about. I've found that since the site came back up- it's super-duper slow (and I have a fast connection) and not-at-all easy to navigate between threads/screens. I don't know if that keeps people away... but I find myself not visiting as much because of that. I guess there must be a reason for the new format (does it make it harder for trolls to post?)... but it does make it harder to deal with.

No worries! It's just sad to dig through so many awesome old posts and then click recent and have so few... I don't know about the slowness... my computer is slow in general... I can drop a line to our techmama and see what she thinks.

I'm here. I wish there were more posts again as well. I remember back when there was alot of awesome conversation and posts going on here. We should try to get it back to being that way. Somehow.

my comp is pretty fast to but the site is super slow. i sometimes log on and it will take me like 5-6 min. i have been floating around a bit but have been crazy busy and tired. i agree that there are a lot of people missing though.

I feel a bit older ... I just turned 26 on Sunday. Weird. L will be 7 next month, fucking crazy.
I don't really feel I have the time to come on here as much as I used to. I start school on the 26th, should be finishing up with my Sociology and Womyn's Studies undegrad in the next year/year and half ... then grad school. Not sure where. L starts 1st grade on Wednesday. I am kind of seeing someone, but it's all complicated and not sure what to do about that. Just kinda see how things go, I suppose.
I'm on facebook, myspace, LJ ... I usually check a lot of ya'll's profiles out and read posts on LJ just to see how everyone is doing. I miss a lot of you.
