The last three are on-line classes, so I hope I can manage my time and do well on them.

So far I'm only signed up for "Class, Race and Gender in the History of US Education," but I'll be signing up for the rest of them soon.
It sounds like we've got some interesting classes in the bunch! I'm curious about your feminist economics class, Rosie, it sounds fascinating. And Yabinti, I'm SO jealous that you get to study pregnancy all day long! That must be so much fun.

Hilary- I actually have no idea what the Feminist Economics class is about, it's a special topics course and is an elective for me, so they have no real details on the content of the class! I hope it is an interestng class!

It is!
I am so lucky...
But I am currently also wickedly jealous of other women in my class because, as of September, we are Year 2, and eligible for clinical.... but I will not be attending births because of my new baby.
I'm starting to hear these wicked birth stories and it's like.... piss!
Luckily though, I look at Nuala and she is certainly worth it... I will get my babycatching in at a later date.... I still have a lot of schooling years to go!

How do so many of you mama's take so many classes?!?! Do you work full time, or have anyone who helps you out? I've been going full time, but I work full time & don't really have anyone who can help me, so I'm going to have to drop to part time. ugh.

I go full time, but I am a SAHM...
I am alone in childcare (which sometimes makes studying interesting) but am very lucky to not have to be financially supporting the family.
I don't know how some of these mama's do it.... but I'm sure they will let you in on their secrets!

I live with my parents and I work about 30 hrs a week. Fortunately my parents do let me live here so that I can go to school pretty much full time, even though i did end up dropping a class this semester. And then I get help from the gov't for daycare for my kid, which has been awesome.
