hey- i saw the stepdown thing too. i didn't realize that it was in the mods thing. and then im pretty sure this was just my comp since ive been having problems but it started loading random pages, likeit would load adn move on,it was sending me back and forth and clicking on random links i didnt push. and then also i cant post on any ofthe pages. just glad i can post here, i was afraid i wouldnt be able to tell anyone. i can look at everything though.

Just wanted to let you know, I usually go to Recent Posts, but I just tried to go right to Talk and whenever I click on a forum (like Our Space or Social Justice) it says access denied.

ya im having the same problem shc. i can only reply to this one. but i love the funky colors!i got confused by the save button thouh i wanted o say. which was the point of posting for a third time! hehe! save means post. it took me a sec to figure that ot for.

I still have access to the mod squad talk threads - not from the talk page but from recent posts. If you can fix that, I think it should be a priority because there's definitely been some pretty sensitive, private information posted in there over the years.

BTW, the colors are really pretty and thanks for fixing things!

Oh - I just noticed I'm not allowed access to any of the forums through the "talk" page. I can get to the threads through "recent posts," but when I click on any specific forum name, it gives a message saying "access denied."

So, I'm not sure if this is just my problem, but I'm not able to post new threads anywhere but the private forums. If I try to post in SJ there's no way to do it.

im having the same problem as hilary. ive been able to post on her picture thread and in here but when i tried to post in the update thread it said access was denied.

oh and yes the mod post is gone so its all private again.

This is, as per usual with this place for some reason, a puzzlement. But see if it isn't better now.

So my inbox is fixed, I can access all the forums I'm supposed to be able to and post to them, everything looks funky, and I know how to quote stuff even! AND there are smilies! So geekishly exciting!

I don't know if this is a tech problem or what, but I've noticed that the Features link on the homepage doesn't work. (I've still been able to read the articles by clicking "new posts" and then going to the last page though because most of them are on that page and the previous couple.) Also, the text in the articles is all bunched in together, like there are no new paragraphs and stuff. Which is fine, it's still readable, I just thought I'd point it out in case no one noticed yet and it was easily fixable.
